My name is Barbara Engen and I am a Victorville Real Estate Agent and Notary for all Victor Valley communities.
I live in the community of Spring Valley Lake, which is 4.5 miles east of Bear Valley rd in Victorville Ca. This community has 4200 lot’s in which 200 lot’s are left to build on. Homes are developed around a man made lake and Golf course. We have a small shopping center in the community offering several services. Spring Valley Lake has a beach and play area. The community center has a baseball field and full time security. We also have our own fire station.
Apple Valley shares some of this wonderful community and has 1/2 lot’s and an Equestrian area. Some of our best friends share a place within the community, Our horses. You may have one horse per lot in this community. I have seen the excitement of watching the High Desert grow.
